What You’ll Get to Do
CACI, Inc. is accepting applications for a Facility Operations Manager to support a contract for National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) activities.
More About the Role
Responsibilities of the Facility Operations Manager include:
Direct employee activities within the facilities including facilities planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, facilities provisioning, engineering, and construction and Plant & Equipment maintenance.
Acquire resources for projects and processes. Provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements.
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports.
Participate in equipment make/buy decisions; participate in source selection and provide technical oversight of suppliers.
Lead employees in a multi-shift operation performing preventative maintenance, repairs, trouble calls, construction, and some design and engineering in support of a co-located customers across multiple facilities.
Manage a diverse team of skilled trades professionals, construction supervisors, and a working group of team leads. Some projects involve a mix of the prime and subcontractors and multiple work teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction and is the primary interface with numerous customers, including senior government and military employees. The Technical Point of Contact for numerous sub-contractors, including those that perform grounds maintenance (mowing, pruning, flower bed maintenance, watering), pest removal, insect removal, and vehicle barrier maintenance, personnel and commercial physical security access systems
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Typically has a University Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) discipline or equivalent experience
5 years related work experience
Interfacing with active-duty military and civil service personnel
Must be a US Citizen
Must have US Government TS/SCI CI Poly Security Clearance

The proposed salary range for this position is:
