As a Senior Analyst supporting the Market Access team, you will be trusted to analyze performance data and generate strategic insights that support the successful launch and growth of Alcon’s pharmaceutical portfolio at our U.S. Commercial organization.

In this role, a typical day will include:

● Collaborating with Marketing, Commercial Analytics, Finance, and Market Access partners to solve complex business questions and inform pricing, contracting, and launch strategy

● Analyzing the launch performance of TRYPTYR using volume, copay, and financial datasets to extract actionable trends

● Building financial models and conducting U.S. payer analysis to support pricing and contracting strategy for the Pharma portfolio

● Generating ad hoc analyses, reports, and executive-level presentations to communicate insights that influence commercial decisions

● Applying curiosity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail to deliver timely, accurate business insights that drive strategic action

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Associate’s +6 yrs; Master’s accepted)

● 2 years of relevant experience

Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English

Preferred Experience:

Financial analysis or business analysis experience preferred

● Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

● Behaviors that include analytical curiosity, self-direction, attention to detail, and strong communication skills

● Pharmaceutical or healthcare sector experience preferred
