Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. You will be responsible for analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and providing solutions to enhance the performance of the business function. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Analyze and design/re-design business processes to improve performance. - Define parts of an organization to enhance efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of the business function. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - Strong understanding of business processes and organizational design. - Experience in analyzing and optimizing business performance. - Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules. - Recommendation: Familiarity with HR systems and processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - An MBA degree is required.
