Managed Print Account Manager

Description -

We are seeking a Managed Print Account Manager to drive contract renewals, strengthen client relationships, and identify growth opportunities within an existing customer portfolio.

In this role, you will partner closely with Account Managers to deliver tailored solutions, maximize customer retention, and contribute to revenue growth through a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, focusing on contract renewals, retention, and upselling opportunities.

  • Build trusted relationships with customers and act as a strategic advisor throughout the sales cycle.

  • Partner with Account Managers to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and drive revenue growth.

  • Understand customer business needs and present tailored solutions that deliver value.

  • Own and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on opportunities.

  • Support customers throughout their journey by addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical sales standards.

  • Share best practices and support the development of junior team members when needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 4–7 years of experience in sales, account management, renewals, customer success, or consultative selling.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales, retention, or renewal targets.

  • Fluent Dutch and English language skills are required.
