About the Role

The CHANGE MANAGEMENT, CONSULTANT is a role that works closely with business units to focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be crafting and ensuring the implementation of change management strategies and plans to improve adoption/usage by impacted users and minimise resistance after a change initiative/project is rolled out. These improvements will increase benefit realisation, value creation, return of investment (ROI) and achievement of results.

  • Inspire change strategy to support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Integrate change management activities into master project plan.
  • Conduct change impact assessment, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Engage corporate/business communication team to deliver communication materials as the need arises and supervise the progress of design and development activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide input, document requirements and support business in the design and delivery of training programme followed by supervising progress and addressing risk/issues in training phase.
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is updated for operations reference before project launches.
  • Identify the needs of Target Operating Model (TOM) review and work closely with Human Resource Department and resource owner on approach and implementation.  
  • Evaluate and lead user readiness for cutover.
  • Measure success metrics and supervise change progress after roll-out period.
