Position Summary
As the Head of Operation&Strategy for Online Business, you will be responsible for driving the overall Online strategy, you will lead the BU to ensure excellent sales performance, new business strategy [both cooperative and go-to-market (GTM)], product launch management and SCM, and channel distribution management.
The role has a broad stakeholder group including HQ, RHQ and the local leadership team. A confident leader is required to navigate the organization to drive significant outcomes. The leader is expected to actively contribute to the broader company strategy and go to market.
2. Eliminate customers' inconveniences in processes before and after purchases including SCM, logistics and CS. Improve back-end processes to encourage customers to revisit.
Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of the Online sales target nationally
- Establishing strategic sales & marketing plans to achieve develop and execute marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, market share and corporate objectives for product category.
- Leading a team of part leaders of Online Operation and bringing Online category to life into the market
- Achieve and exceed Management Plan (MP)
- Expand Samsung market share in the Online sector
- Pro-actively work within the Online sector to enhance Samsung’s reputation within the marketplace
- Align with key partners to educate and enable Samsung’s value proposition so they are proactively positioning Samsung devices to key industry client verticals (via joint-selling, co-marketing and joint-customer events)
- Translating the Go-to-market strategy into actionable, quantitative plans and clear objectives and delivering on sales outcomes
- Coordinate the design and implementation of ranging strategy for the Vietnamese market, and represent Samsung Vietnam in the global development division to ensure product roadmaps match local market requirements.
- Develop with marketing lead optimal integration in pricing and marketing activities and manage marketing funds ensuring optimum utilization and financial control. Manages price roadmap and sales deduction planning for category based on P&L status and target.
- Coordinating the gathering of market intelligence and monitoring competitors' sales strategies and products, campaigns and events to optimize market share
- Build out the sales capability and sales team to deliver profitable sales growth
- Identify and design process improvements, making Samsung simpler and easier to do business with, using innovative and creative thinking to make smarter, simpler and customer centric processes, which are scalable and reduce the need for manual workarounds.

Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant experience in Online sales, go-to-market strategy & sales leadership
- People leadership experience
- High level of business acumen with a strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of business
- Proven ability to achieve budgeted targets and revenue targets
- Previous experience in building and maintaining customer satisfaction through the development of broad customer relationships, including senior management contact
- Well-developed leadership experience
- Online industry experience would be preferred (especially Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok)
