Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications and modules.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Validate ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.

• Maintain test documentation and provide detailed reports on test results and issues.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in ServiceNow testing.

• Use automated testing tools (e.g., ATF – Automated Test Framework) where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in testing ServiceNow applications.

• Must be willing to work in shifts

• Strong understanding of ITSM or other ServiceNow modules.

• Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) is a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, or TestRail.
