Role Summary
The Process Domain Lead – Source to Pay (STP) is responsible for leading the end to end STP process design, governance, and execution within a large scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role owns the business process vision and execution across Procurement, Master Data, Accounts Payable, and VIM, ensuring integration, business value realization, and operational excellence.
The role requires strong business process expertise, team leadership under pressure, and the ability to navigate complex and high stakes client situations with confidence, structure, and a positive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
End to End Process Ownership
Own and govern the Source to Pay (STP) process across the full lifecycle, ensuring seamless end to end process flow from:
o Supplier & procurement master data
o Sourcing & purchasing
o Invoice management (including SAP VIM)
o Accounts Payable and financial posting
Ensure process designs align with SAP S/4HANA best practices while meeting client specific business needs.
Identify and resolve cross module and cross process dependencies, ensuring tight integration with Finance (OTC, RTR), Supply Chain, and Analytics.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor a multi location, cross functional STP team, including functional leads, analysts, and configuration resources.
Create structure and clarity in high pressure delivery situations, maintaining focus, morale, and momentum.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture, even during challenging phases of the program.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary STP process advisor to senior client stakeholders.
Confidently manage critical and escalated client situations, including scope discussions, design conflicts, and timeline pressures.
Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable process and solution decisions.
Drive stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and system integrator teams.
Transformation & Delivery Excellence
Lead fit to standard and gap analysis workshops, driving adoption of standard processes where feasible.
Ensure high quality outputs across process documentation, functional design, testing, and deployment phases.
Support change management by clearly articulating process impacts and business value of the S/4 transformation.
Contribute to program governance, risk management, and delivery planning.

Deep hands on understanding of Source to Pay (STP) processes.
Strong experience across:

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of SAP experience with significant focus on STP.
Prior experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Landscape Transformation).
Accenture Level 7 (or equivalent consulting leadership experience).
15 years full time education
