Job Summary

The Senior Manager Digital Healthcare Product Management position is responsible for developing and executing digital products / initiatives for Aetna International’s internal and external customers. A deep understanding of customer needs analysis is required, with the responsibility of prioritizing digital enhancements that help realize the business goals. This role will partner closely with stakeholders and IT development team to ensure digital product delivery is aligned to the digital design principles.


Job responsibilities
- Responsible for Aetna International’s Provider and Plan Sponsor digital product strategy, vision and the product backlog.
- Use customer feedback, detailed market analysis, and data gathering to make decisions about product strategy and roadmap.
- Define and manage metrics to measure the success of your efforts and to inform the overall product strategy.
- Know your customer; invest significant time speaking with your current and potential customers to understand their needs & habits.
- Engage in build-test-learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and product direction.
- Lead documentation of the process that impacts customer journeys, along with the ability to outline business user acceptance criteria and testing approach.
- Decompose complex problems into smaller manageable tasks by creating and prioritizing a backlog for the development team (Agile delivery).
- Manage business case creation and have a deep understanding of business ROIs.
- Manage the product backlog, create an effective vision and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations.
- Ensure the successful execution of development standards to ensure tight feedback loops and clear product definition.
- Coach members of the cross-functional development organization on how to collaborate and conduct idea generation, consumer research, test design and execution, measurement, product implementation, customer interactions and roll outs.
- Consult with business and IT stakeholders during execution of projects to ensure business expectations are being met. Lead the digital projects reporting and presenting to senior executives.
- Identify and develop services and service level agreements (SLAs); educate senior leaders on service-related information and continually improve related processes.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of digital product management experience supporting both mobile and applications.
7+ years Agile development methodologies.
7+ years of experience in handling customer expectations and relationship building.
7+ years collaborating with cross functional teams, presenting to senior executive leadership, and clients. Good business acumen.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Healthcare industry experience

- Jira and Rally
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$130,295.00 - $284,280.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
