Your role and responsibilities :

We are seeking a Legal and Integrity Analyst to join the ABAC+ team and provide hands-on operational and analytical support across key anti-bribery and anti-corruption processes (e.g., Gifts/Travel/Hospitality, Donations & Sponsorships, Third-Party Management). This role strengthens ABB’s anti-bribery and anti-corruption program through data-driven monitoring and actionable insights across key ABAC risk areas and processes.

Location: Bangalore, India


Key responsibilities

  • Identify, integrate, and maintain ABAC-related data insights gathered from various sources where ABAC controls are in place.

  • Conduct data queries and provide analytics for risk detection, process improvement, and control enhancement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, procurement, and BAs, to get relevant data for ABAC insights.

  • Support in identifying, addressing, and monitoring gaps related to ABAC processes.

  • Support the ABAC team by ensuring proper documentation and ongoing maintenance of established ABAC framework guidance materials and microsites.


Qualifications for the role :

  • Any degree with 5+ years of experience in legal, compliance, risk management, or related fields.

  • Foundational knowledge of anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance processes.

  • Data analytics capabilities with proficiency in data querying and visualization reports

  • Strong research, documentation, and data-gathering skills with high attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills to translate technical data insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Fluent English (spoken and written); additional language skills are an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Snowflake, Power BI.
