Purpose: The Line Manager, Specialty Care is responsible for the execution of a designated therapeutic brand or franchise within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. This role leads both Marketing and Sales functions, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, field execution, customer engagement, and business objectives.
The position plays a critical role in launch excellence, driving market development, organizational readiness, customer adoption, and sustainable growth throughout the product lifecycle.
