Role Requirements:

· Internal Medicine – MD or DO - Outpatient

o Common primary care services and procedures

o Managed care experience a plus!

· Board Certified or Board Eligibility required

· Must possess/ability to obtain a Florida Medical License

· Call coverage rotates after hours

· Office location – 38135 Market Square Dr., Suite 120, Zephyrhills, FL 33542

o Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

o Ages treated 18-years-old through geriatric

Work Experience:

· Work-life balanced schedule.

· Patient panel. Ability to see patients of all ages, 18-years-old through geriatric.

· Patient census. Expect to see between 18-24 patients per day utilizing the efficiency of EPIC, electronic health record system.

· Clinic support team. Includes one dedicated medical assistant (MA) per provider, front office staff, supervisor and an Associate Director.

· Collegiality. Work in a team-oriented environment with like-minded physicians in an office housing primary care providers and specialists throughout our network.

· Inpatient Support. Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health has a team of Hospital Medicine physicians to support inpatient and long-term care patient needs.

· Clinic utilization. You will have the opportunity to practice medicine as it should be and utilize all of your clinical skills-preventative care, chronic disease management, acute care and office-based procedures.
