Job Description:

The Administrative Director provides strategic and operational leadership across the Mental Health Service line, with direct oversight of the inpatient Psychiatric services at Cox North, Center for Recovery Clinic, and leadership oversight for the Branson inpatient psychiatric unit. This role coordinates and directs care delivered by interdisciplinary team members while addressing system-level issues to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care.

The Administrative Director is responsible for oversight and management of operational, regulatory, and business processes across the system. This position leads assigned departments through change, fosters innovation, and promotes self-development to achieve excellence in operations, patient safety, and quality outcomes. Strong communication, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Education:
▪ Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Experience:
▪ Required: 3 - 5 years’ previous hospital or nursing management experience
Skills:
▪ Represents the departments on several process improvement, standardization, and regulatory committees
▪ Operates strategic plan by setting and monitoring key performance measures and goals
▪ Determines scope of care or service in relation to values, mission, and strategic plan of the institution
▪ Assist with developing their departments’ long term plans
▪ Working knowledge in human relations, customer service, inventory management, and budget management
▪ Ability to work with multiple people while meeting numerous requests and deadlines
▪ Goal oriented with initiative and potentials for self-development. Maintains organizational and priority setting skills
▪ Delegates appropriately to other team members
Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Required: Active Nursing License in the state of Missouri
