Pre-admission Coordinator – Pre-admission Testing - Part Time - Days

This includes scheduling appointments, meeting coordination between unit providers/physicians and surgical coordinators, data compilation, and preparation of correspondences. You'll screen telephone calls and visitors and help keep the entire team informed of critical and ongoing matters. Channel your office acumen and attention to detail in support of life-changing care. This position is located at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center. Must be able to work 8a-4pm at least one day per week.

Preferred Criteria

• EPIC and/or EMR expertise

Required Criteria

• High School Diploma

• At least one year of office work or related experience

• Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel

• Excellent interpersonal and secretarial skills
