Amentum is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler in support of The US Army Communications-Electronics Command Software Engineering Center/Tobyhanna Army Depot (CECOM SEC/TYAD) Worldwide Field Support at locations both CONUS and OCONUS.  This project will provide the Army a global range of mission-essential logistics, sustainment and maintenance services for current and future Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems, equipment, and ancillary operational requirements in support of the Joint Warfighter and coalition forces worldwide within the Army Field Support Brigade (AFSB) regions. This position is located on-site in Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD.

The candidate will perform the following duties:

• Assists the PM with their production operations, specializing in implementing best scheduling practices on projects. 
• Creates, initiates, and monitors a schedule management system. 
• Creates production schedules, ensures relevant staff receives the schedules and that they are followed, and records the output into the correct system. 
• Uses plant fabrication lead times and historical performance data to create schedules, collaborating with production and material personnel to ensure streamlined operations. 
• Records production progress and ensures that documentation is accurate and that all of the various processes and timelines are followed closely for the most efficient results possible. 
• Evaluates and determines estimated equipment set-ups, cycle times, and work center hours. 
• Liaises between customers, Customer Service, and Purchasing pertaining to product demand and the scheduling of purchases. 
• Monitors material flow and works with vendors to ensure that supply needs and shipping goals are met and collaborate with engineering personnel on the creation of production bills of material.
• Reconciles inaccuracies with customer shipments and deliveries. 
• Documents key information, including downtime, peak production, inventory accuracy, and scheduling accuracy; and works with Information Technology personnel to analyze and create enhanced functionality in manufacturing applications. 
• Interfaces with organizational stakeholders to better understand business goals and revise master schedules as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Must have an Active SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a SECRET Clearance.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in U.S. Army supply chain or logistics support contracts
• 5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
• MS Project Server experience

Preferred Qualifications:

•  Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Other scheduling software experience
