Responsibilities:
Contact with customers by email and phone.
Create jobs in system for pick up´s and domestic movements
Provide support to quotes
Verify information about restrictions in acceptance of products for transport. Verify and provide documents required for the domestic transport and include in World Courier systems any digitalized document that is necessary
Monitor system and receive information from drivers or agents about pickup and delivery hours to update system, also provide any feedback or information that is required by them for a shipment movement.
Contact customer and schedule pick-up´s and deliveries
Insert all information, charges and details in system and HWB for invoicing process.
Tracking with operations departments.
Monitor system for any communication included and that requires a feedback/action.
Verify the best route/option before send a shipment to destination.
Follow World Courier procedures, working instructions and process.
Provide to customers temperature reading according with relevant procedure.
Answering doubts of Finance department regarding to invoicing processes. In addition to the tasks described above, the employee of this function must carry out other duties assigned by his immediate superiors or within the company hierarchy, whenever these tasks are directly or indirectly related to his area of activity.
Education:
Fully graduated or studying college in the Business, Logistics or International Relationship area.
Work Experience:
At least 1 year in customer service (transport companies) experience.

Intermediate English Level
Basic Office and Windows National transport documents regulation
Teamwork skills
Organized Customer oriented
Multi-tasking Initiative skills Communication
