The coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day administration of all Testing Services operations at the Sellersburg Campus, including certification and academic testing (on-campus and virtual).

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the administration of exams through Testing Services to meet exam integrity and security as well as provide exemplary customer service.
  • Coordinate testing room activities and implement tests as needed
  • Assist with coordination of the scheduling of Testing Services activities.
  • Assist with coordination of record keeping and reporting of Testing Services activity. Keep records of all Testing Services exam administration conducted on the campus and other information as necessary to provide reports in a timely manner.
  • Assist with communication and marketing of Testing Services to internal audiences.
  • Assist with Testing Services exam and supply purchasing as designated by the Testing Services Manager.
  • Stay abreast of knowledge about academic assessments, certifications, and exam providers.
  • Obtain and maintain vendor credentialing to be able to proctor exams and certifications.
  • Participate in training as necessary to stay abreast of appropriate technical areas.
  • Be willing to work flexible and expanded hours when the need arises and during heavy volume testing.
  • Maintain exam security, academic integrity and candidate confidentiality according to ASOM 4.7 and Testing Services Procedure Guide.
  • Utilize multiple Testing Services scheduling systems for appointments: Make appointments, approve appointments, update appointments.
  • Provide exam accommodations as instructed.
  • Engage with peers through Microsoft TEAMS and other communication methods.
  • Coordinate storage of candidate belongings and method of candidate monitoring according to Campus Manager direction.
  • Be able to conduct testing center opening and/or closing duties and operations.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree required

 

EXPERIENCE

Related experience in one or more of the following areas: testing, information management, resource management, training, or education.

Working knowledge of computers is essential.

Strong interpersonal, leadership, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
