JOB DESCRIPTION:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, Psychology, Social Work required, or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
Must live within in Nashville or surrounding cities in Tennessee.
Schedules Available ( ***No Modifications***):
10am-6:30pm Friday-Tuesday (Wednesday and Thursday OFF)
Incentives:
Work from home
Receive OT pay for all work over 40 hours
Shift differentials
SUMMARY OF POSITION
This position is part of a 24/7/365 high volume, suicide prevention focused call team. Our department has been featured in a Time Magazine article detailing our team’s efforts toward suicide prevention. As a part of this team, you’d be responsible for providing brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, safety planning, crisis intervention, and appropriate service linkage for individuals who are experiencing an acute mental health crisis. This is an excellent position for recent graduates interested in providing support and demonstrating compassion toward others while being a part of a dynamic team of crisis care consultants.

Education Level
Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist required.
