JR68118 Senior Analyst, Internal Trust and Protection

The Senior Internal Trust and Protection Analyst will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and mitigate risks posed by employees, contractors and others with access to sensitive information. This candidate will also help create corporate strategy, review policy and procedures, evaluate insider risk control gaps, and develop training related to insider risk and intellectual property protection.

This position requires strong analytical, technical and communication skills, the ability to follow industry standard methods of conducting investigations, and collaboration with cross-functioning teams to enhance Micron’s security posture. Balancing robust security measures with maintaining a positive work culture is key, ensuring the preventive actions do not erode employee trust and morale.

Major Areas of Responsibility

• Significantly contribute to a global team that conducts insider risk and IP protection investigations
• Through the monitoring of internal and external threat landscapes, support management in updating strategy and intellectual property protections to proactively identify insider risk issues
• Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of insider risk program
• Design and implement awareness programs for employees, focusing on recognizing and reporting insider threats

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in high-tech investigations, intelligence, or insider threat analysis/investigations.
• A proven track record in working complex investigations across various
• Business units/functions – preferably in an international environment or at a global company.
• Experience conducting/leading interviews.
• Strong ability to source and analyze data points to drive insider threat detection and investigations.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate and
• visually present complex subject matters and analysis results, and the talent to draft concise reports for the intended audience in layman’s terms.
• Experience working with confidential, sensitive, or privileged information.
• Strong attention to detail, concern for data accuracy, and high personal integrity.
• Ability to work both independently, collaboratively in a team, and with various
• internal stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications

• Working knowledge of open-source tools and open-source intelligence gathering techniques.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, networking, and various technical methods of data ex-filtration.
• Experience with (or general understanding of) digital forensics examinations and how to effectively leverage digital forensics in support of investigations.
• Prior service with Taiwan law enforcement or intelligence agency.
• Able to travel within APAC region.
