The Team:

The London Biddable (and Addressable) team is 40+ strong covering activation across Search, Social, eCommerce and Video for the likes of Kraken, Etsy, Pinterest, Slack, New Balance, Twitch and Value Retail.

The team works closely with the Analytics and Data team, digital platform and Ad Tech vendors to apply proprietary data, tech and measurement tools that maximise client performance.

The Role:

The role is to run and oversee our client; Akzo Nobel

Mediahub is AkzoNobel’s global agency of record for digital media with a focus to progress their digital marketing strategy and performance. The role is central to driving digital transformation through Search and Social digital platforms across multi markets in Europe. It is our second largest biddable team with 7 practitioners driving Brand and DR activity.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Akzo biddable team of 2 x Account Managers, 2 x Senior Account Executive and 3 x Junior Execs (offshore).
  • Lead the career growth and path of the Biddable team by making the account an inclusive, inspiring, exciting and innovative environment.
  • Grow the account with proactive ideas and hypotheses to test and grow.
  • Work closely with planners to align on best practice planning to strategically define the role of Biddable channels and platforms.
  • Work closely with the Analytic team to run incrementality studies to prove the value of Biddable platforms and generate valuable learnings to feed into planning.
  • Provide thought leadership for clients and planners to drive Biddable platform delivery forward.
  • Adopt Biddable technology and scripts to automate and improve platform performance.
  • Deploy platform best practice for Mediahub Planners, Analyst and creative partners.
  • Drive the client agenda for Biddable platform innovation and effective application of data.

Ideal Experience:

  • Experience in digital media or ad tech with subject matter expertise in Social, Search and YouTube.
  • Experience running centralised local to regional Biddable or Digital accounts.
  • Experience managing a pyramid team structure.
