About the role

As our Category Marketing Manager – Floorcare, you will define and deliver the strategy that drives growth across established and emerging sub-categories.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to translate global direction into locally relevant plans. You will identify growth opportunities, shape category strategy, and lead market entry for new categories—owning delivery against the Floorcare P&L.

This is a high-impact, autonomous role where you will combine strategic clarity with hands-on execution across product launches, communications and retail activation.

You will:

  • Define category strategies to unlock incremental growth, share gains and brand strength
  • Segment consumers and develop targeted propositions that convert demand into revenue
  • Analyse competitors, products and claims to inform differentiated positioning
  • Lead integrated campaigns including NPD launches, media planning, PR and retail activation
  • Manage agency partners to ensure precise, high-quality execution
  • Shape retail strategy and in-store excellence with the Sales team
  • Track performance against KPIs, optimising through data-led decisions
  • Own product marketing, including range planning and channel differentiation
  • Act as the Floorcare expert in Türkiye across consumer, competitor and retail dynamics
  • Partner with global teams to ensure alignment while advocating for local needs
  • Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints

You will operate with pace and accountability—owning your plans, timelines and outcomes.

About you

  • A commercially focused marketer who combines strategic thinking with executional rigour
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
  • At least 8 years of experience in brand or category management within premium, FMCG or consumer technology environments
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable commercial growth
  • Strong commercial acumen, including budget ownership and P&L responsibility
  • Experience leading end-to-end campaigns, including product launches and retail activation
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams and agencies
  • Deep understanding of the Turkish market and retail landscape
  • Fluent in Turkish and English
  • Strong analytical capability—able to translate insight into action
  • Comfortable operating within a global, matrixed organisation
  • Able to challenge assumptions, focus on outcomes, and bring clarity to complexity.
