Job Description:

Your Impact

We are seeking a highly organised Talent Attraction Coordinator to support the successful integration of high volume hiring across our UK business.  The primary focus of this role is to deliver a seamless, compliant and engaging onboarding experience for candidates joining our business.  Additionally, you will have the opportunity to manage a small number of vacancies to provide Talent Attraction support.

The role can be carried out mostly remotely, with occasional travel to our UK sites.

What you will do

Onboarding (Primary Focus):

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires across our UK sites

  • Manage pre-employment checks, including right-to-work verification, security clearance and occupational health processes

  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout onboarding, providing guidance and updates

  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with security and regulatory requirements

  • Monitor onboarding progress and proactively resolve any delays or issues, particularly relating to clearance timelines

  • Maintain accurate records, particularly within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday)

  • Arranging start dates

  • Miscellaneous administration tasks such as expenses reimbursement, referral payments and creating contractor records

Talent Attraction Support (Secondary Focus):

  • Job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements and job offers

  • Fully utilising Phenom system to ensure process efficiencies

  • Manage ongoing communications with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives

  • Support events

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in onboarding, recruitment coordination or HR administration

  • Some Talent Attraction experience

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding workflows and vacancies simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills and a candidate-focused approach

  • High level of attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive and regulated information

  • Background from a large matrix organisation or highly regulated environment

  • Ability to work within structured processes and maintain strict confidentiality

  • Knowledge of Workday or Phenom would be beneficial but not essential

This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personnel Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NSV) may apply, this could include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).
