Dematic Corp has an immediate need for a Process Excellence Program Manager within the Global Product Management. The Program Manager, Process Excellence plays a key role in supporting the Product Management & Development organizations by harmonizing and integrating processes, improving operational efficiency and delivering on commitments.

This role requires an individual with a zeal for process improvements and innovation experience in quality management systems or continuous improvement efforts. They will support Product Management goals with intent on accelerating new technology into the market.

The manager will be responsible to partner with each organization within our Development Organizations to build out global processes. They will provide a process framework to drive speed to market.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,875 - $121,550 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Accountabilities:

  • Actively manage our New Product Development process
  • Launch improvements to accelerate the pace to market and competitiveness of Dematic technologies.
  • Ownership of process framework & acts as consultant on how process should be executed
  • Key partner with all engaged organizations to ensure their work is actively incorporated
  • Drive process improvements to achieve delivery of our commitments by showing progress to defining, operationalizing and selling of programs
  • Identify metrics that drive visibility within Dematic to minimize performance gaps and ensure the process drives accountability.

Required Functional Competencies / Experience / Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in identifying and quantifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Able to easily establish trust-based relationships with team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to lead and take ownership of major transformation projects, coordinating across
  •  multiple teams within the organization.
  • Demonstrated success in quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Extremely organized and attentive to detail.
  • Armed with excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
  • Can analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources to develop and communicate complex information orally and in written format in a clear manner.
  • Coaching and mentoring of individuals and operational teams.
  • Demonstrates excellent facilitation skills across broad audiences both in size and background.
  • Experience interacting with and building relationships with diverse cultures.
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically 20% of the time.
  • BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree. On job experience and process accreditation will be considered as a substitute.
