CORE FUNCTIONS

Candidate Identification & Acquisition

  • Use a combination of eRecruit database, referrals and social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screens
  • Collect traveler applications and any pertinent pre-placement documentation
  • Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
  • Provide job details to interested candidates
  • Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
  • Develop a network of potential candidates
  • Hand off qualified candidates as warm leads to Sr. Recruiters as directed by management
  • Log candidate information in eRecruit
  • Communicate frequently with Travel RN’s via phone, email and text.
  • Monitor personal inbox and respond to requests as soon as received.
  • Update profile and record of candidate in the system to ensure it is up to date and accurate.
  • Call for references provided by the candidate and ask for referrals, complete reference forms based on the call, email, or completed reference form received.

Other Functions

  • All efforts/communications should be documented in eRecruit.
  • Communicating any question/concern with the Recruiter, Candidate, and Manager.
  • Create required recurring reports and submit to Manager on due dates.
  • Any other tasks assigned/requested by Recruiting Manager
  • Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable communicating to potential clinician via phone, email and text messaging.
  • Must work US Central time
