About the Role

You will:

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend systems using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust, secure, and efficient solutions

• Integrate APIs and services with modern platforms to enhance performance and scalability

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing applications to ensure reliability and efficiency

• Contribute to defining best practices, coding standards, and modern development methodologies

• Explore new technologies and tools to continuously improve backend performance and maintainability

• Be part of a supportive, collaborative, and innovation-driven culture

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or a related field

• 1+ year of experience in backend development using Java with Spring/Spring Boot and Microservices

• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios or internship experience are also welcome

• Strong understanding of software development principles and teamwork in an Agile environment

• Good command of English (written and spoken) — or at least able to communicate ideas clearly

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about staying current with new technologies

• Willingness to work onsite
