What You’ll Do

As directed by Physician Group Supervisor and Department Director, responsible for department new hire orientation, maintains adequate staffing, assigns and monitors responsibilities and tasks among staff, provides appropriate supervision of staff; participates in hiring, disciplinary action, staff development and training; participates in new employee selection process.

Requirements

2 years prior leadership experience.

2 years customer service experience.
