1/ Responsible for Monitoring & Automation operation services continuity

• Accountable for operability Accenture tools set up on customer infrastructure 
• Responsible for sanity checks on internal infrastructure 
• Anticipate proactively incident or gap correction on tools conformity 
• Collaborate with project/cluster operation team who operates the delivery 
• Automation workflow design, maintain, troubleshooting.

2/ Responsible for improvement on Monitoring operation services 

• Responsible to execute Accenture transformation roadmap. 
• Migrating current application cloud-native application architecture

3/ Support for operation team 

• Accountable for build operation on Accenture tools 
• Responsible for incident, service request support on Accenture tools 
• Escalation for Operation team 

4/ Process alignment & improvement 

• Align with company process application.  
• Contribute to the standardization with Business Excellence 

Must have

• 2+ years of extensive Linux System & Clouds Administration experiences
• Experience in IT Infrastructure Production environment is mandatory.
• Proficient with git and git workflows
• CI/CD pipeline implementation (Gitlab CI, Jenkin, Travis, …)
• Scripting skill (bash, powershell, python,…)
• Development skill in Python
• Fluency in written and spoken English language is a must.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Splunk, Datadog…)

Nice to have

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in handling any cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, AliCloud, GCP)
• Experience in develop/deploy/maintain containerized application on OpenShift/K8S
• Public Cloud certificate associate level
• Automation tools knowledge (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Saltstack)
• Reporting/Dashboarding tools knowledge (Grafana, PowerBI)
• Other programming language e.g ruby, golang is a pluDatabase basic knowlegde (MSSQL, MongDB, PostgreSQL).
