At EBANX’s Product team you don’t just create features. You develop user-centered solutions that transform the experience of millions of consumers and global companies. What your day-to-day will look like

• Craft and refine EBANX’s product positioning across markets, verticals, and payment methods, based on real market and product insights.
• Turn complex solutions into compelling, value-driven narratives and enablement content for commercial teams.
• Monitor and analyze competitors’ offering, and positioning to shape EBANX’s unique value proposition across products and markets.
• Act as a strategic connector between Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams, ensuring that market and customer insights directly inform roadmap and positioning.

 

What you need to shine in this role

• Proven ability to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies based on market and customer insights;
• Strong communication skills to translate complex solutions into clear, compelling narratives;
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams;
• Data-driven mindset, with a strategic view and hands-on attitude;
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and lead projects in a fast-paced, global environment;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Bonus points if you have

• Experience in the payments industry or digital commerce;
• Familiarity with product management or working closely with product teams;
• Experience building merchant-facing materials and collaborating with sales teams.
