Analyst (Tier 1) - Identity and Access Management 

 

Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid) 

Shift: [2:00 PM-10:00 PM CET, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM CDT] with flexibility 

Work Environment: ​Most work is performed Monday through Friday virtually using collaboration tools and video conferencing. Our team has occasional on-call support. You’ll be part of a high-performing, security-driven team that values innovation, delivery excellence, and continuous learning. 

 

Job Summary 

 

​​​​The Analyst (Tier 1) - Identity and Access Management is responsible for providing intermediate-level support for Identity & Access Management operations, focusing on access provisioning, compliance, and incident resolution. This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in Microsoft Entra who is ready to expand technical depth while supporting enterprise-wide identity operationsAs an IAM Analyst (Tier 1), you will handle day-to-day IAM operations, assist with troubleshooting, and contribute to the maintenance of Sysco’s global identity infrastructure. You will work closely with Analysts (Tier 3) and Engineers, supporting business units with access management needs and ensuring compliance with Sysco’s security standards. This role may occasionally require working outside regular shift hours to support critical incidents, escalations, or global coverage needs.​ This is an individual contributor role.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Access Provisioning and Support - Process user account creation, modification, and removal requests. ​  

  • ​​Support password resets, MFA enrollment, and basic troubleshooting. ​  

  • ​​Incident Response - Log and resolve IAM-related incidents from the service desk queue. ​  

  • ​​Escalate issues beyond Tier 1 scope to Service Desk Analyst II/III. ​  

  • ​​Compliance Support - Assist with audit requests and access review activities. ​  

  • ​​Learning and Development - Participate in training, shadow senior analysts, and build technical skills in IAM platforms. ​  

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent practical experience​.  

  • ​​Advanced degree or IAM-related certifications​. 

  • ​​1+ years of IT or service desk experience, or equivalent training.  

  • ​Familiarity with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), MFA, and password management tools. 

  • ​Strong customer service and communication skills.   

  • ​Eagerness to learn and grow in the IAM discipline. ​  

  • ​​Prior exposure to access management or Active Directory.   

  • ​Basic knowledge of security principles. ​  

  • ​​CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals (SC-900), or relevant industry certifications.  ​ 

  • ​​Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise-scale identity environments. 

  • ​Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across the enterprise. 

  • ​Familiarity with endpoint management (Intune, WorkspaceOne)​.
