Job Summary

Reporting to the Team Leader of Business Services, you will collaborate with internal and external customers and/or suppliers to meet business needs with attention to simplicity of design and ease of use/interaction. You will ensure seamless integration of various IT systems and applications within our organization, as well as providing support to Master Data Operations. You will accommodate and prioritize information requests and effectively communicate the impact to stakeholders. Your responsibilities could span across all teams within Global Business Services, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, the Center of Excellence, Vendor Management, Data Management, and Customer Order Management.

You Will:

  • Analyze requirements and technical specifications to design integration solutions

  • Develop, test, and implement integration solutions using various tools and technologies

  • Create and maintain integration documentation, including data flow diagrams and technical specifications

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems

  • Monitor and troubleshoot data integration issues, providing timely resolutions

  • Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and perform as expected

  • Design reporting and metrics; provide analysis that drives action / resolution

  • Present findings that drive understanding, alignment, and informed decision making

  • Participates in problem resolution that improves business processes

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful integration projects

  • Summarizes and communicates recommendations to leadership

  • Practices influence and peer collaboration; gets work done through others

  • Serve as an escalation contact for internal and external partners, providing guidance and support where needed

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 3+ years related business experience required

  • Experience working in a project environment and prioritizing multiple activities simultaneously

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in data integration projects

  • Knowledge of data management and data governance best practices

  • Proficiency in SQL, Winshuttle experience preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy

  • Ability to lead change in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment

  • The ability to work onsite 3 days per week in our Omaha office: Tues, Weds & Thurs
