Job Summary

The Large Format business is targeting architects, engineers and print service providers (PSP). These customers communicate their projects, ideas and documentation in large format prints.

This person will be the project manager of Reporting and Data Structure. Will drive the reporting to help markets and management follow up and improve the business performance. Additionally, this person will help to ensure WW information have a “One-Single-Source of the Truth”.

This person will be a member of the HP Large-Format Category team that reports to the LF Print Go-To-Market organization.


Responsibilities

  • Be the reference person for WW business reporting.
  • Project management on both internal and outsourced reporting developments
  • Define best possible reporting to help management take decision
  • Support markets and management on easy understanding the business status
  • Drive unification of reporting processes across Large Format
  • Reference person for Large Format data
  • Support data analytics teams on getting and validating business data
  • Maintain required levels of data quality on the One-Single-Data-Source project
  • Build and maintain the network and forums to review reporting continuous improvement and data validation
  • Specialist on information sources and frequent data extraction
  • Understand system mapping


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

Requirements

  • College degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering

  • Demonstrated team management and collaboration

  • Project management experience

  • Desired business and financial acumen

  • Desired leadership, communication and influencing demonstrable

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Advanced Excel and system tool skills highly desirable

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Business acumen

  • Project Management skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow up and organizational skills.

  • SQL and/or Python knowledge and QlikView/MSBI Preferred.
