The levers through which you will make an impact:

• Analyze system error messages following invoice processing;

• Assess, define, and execute appropriate system actions to resolve identified errors while complying with the integrated process and the P2P policy;

• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of invoices in exception;

• Communicate with buyers to obtain required information;

• Follow up on assigned transactions in accordance with service standards and performance metrics;

• Participate in working sessions that contribute to continuous system improvement;

• Other related tasks may also be assigned.

What will enable you to create value:

• College diploma (DEC) in Administration or Finance;

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience;

• Intermediate level of English;

• Strong proficiency in Excel;

• Knowledge of the Oracle system is an asset;

• Strong analytical skills, ability to manage priorities, rigor, autonomy, communication, and decision-making skills are essential for success in this role.
