Senior Manager - Sales Information & Insights

Description -

Job Summary:

  • The role leads a team of typically 8-12 members and reports to the Senior Director, GTM Data & Insights, within the Global Revenue Operations organization.

  • Define and deliver the information and insights backbone for a modern, high-performing and AI-enabled sales organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define the future-state vision and roadmap for sales information, reporting and insights across sales management and seller workflows.

  • Lead and develop a team of product owners responsible for partner sales, end-customer sales and sales-management reporting capabilities.

  • Create and govern the end-to-end sales information model across core objects such as lead, opportunity, deal, account, product, pricing, quote, contract and order.

  • Translate sales processes into consistent information requirements, flows, ownership, quality rules, taxonomy and metadata standards.

  • Define GTM data architecture requirements for AI readiness, recommendations, automation and next-best-action use cases.

  • Align information structures and traceability across CRM, CPQ, content, analytics and downstream execution platforms.

  • Coordinate requirement definition, testing, approvals and deployment with business and Enterprise Operations stakeholders.

Key deliverables/accountabilities:

  • A single, governed and reusable sales information model integrating sales reporting into one unified global platform.

  • Consistent, trusted sales reporting that gives leaders and sellers the right information at the right time.

  • Faster delivery and scaling of AI-enabled sales capabilities, with improved data quality and user experience.

Education & Experience Recommended:

  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, information systems, data, technology or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

  • Typically 10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership in sales operations, information architecture, data products or analytics.

  • Proven ability to translate business processes into scalable information models and product requirements.

  • Strong business acumen and deep understanding of sales and sales-management processes.
