Position Responsibilities:
We are on the lookout for an Optimization Expert to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden. To achieve this, we leverage mathematical techniques such as column generation and mixed-integer programming (MIP). We apply local search or meta heuristics when applicable and expect Machine Learning to play an important role moving forward.

As an Optimization Expert, you will be working with mathematical algorithms, contributing to our C++ codebase. Collaboration is at the heart of our work culture, and we embrace pair- and mob-programming as effective strategies for generating high-quality code. We work closely with customers and other development teams to develop solutions and improve user experience.
We prioritize innovation and continuous improvement, guided by our Software Craftsmanship mindset in design and quality assurance. Join us to gain insights, collaborate with customers, and engage in our Optimization Community of Practice (CoP) as we, among other things, advance our AI initiatives.
