Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve leading the team, designing and implementing automated testing solutions using Selenium and Java, and evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the team in designing and implementing automated testing solutions using Selenium and Java. - Transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. - Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of the product and improve control, accuracy, and integrity. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Selenium. - Experience in designing and implementing automated testing solutions using Selenium and Java. - Strong understanding of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. - Experience in evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of the product and improve control, accuracy, and integrity. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Selenium. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful automated testing solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
