POSITION TITLE: Program and Project Mgmt Analyst
WORK SETUP: Return to Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead project planning and resource allocation efforts to support strategic project goals.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while identifying areas for process improvement.
• Keep track of all changes in the workforce organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess staffing needs and ensure project alignment.
• Provide insights through data analysis on workforce trends, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Implement project management frameworks, tools, and best practices to enhance operational performance.
• Support change management initiatives to drive workforce optimization and process enhancements.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on workforce-related project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and industry best practices.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Open to both college graduates and undergraduate with relevant work experience in Project Management
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in Project Management
