Fabletics is currently looking for a Assistant Stylist.

The position will report to the Styling Manager

What You Will Do: 

• Assist the Lead Stylist / Styling Manager and Associate Stylist on ecom + editorial shoots as needed, including organizing and steaming samples, re-tagging samples, dressing models, etc.
• Prep shoots/ wrap shoots: Work with Styling Manager to prepare for all shoot needs including pre-style, shopping, shoot days, and returns
• Maintain working partnerships with ADs, models, digitech, and lead stylists to make sure on-set workflow is smooth and efficient
• Maintain tidy workspace - on set organization and cleanup, apparel closet, accessories/jewelry trays, shoes, etc
• Keep track of budget and receipts - all shopping/ returns/styling receipts should be safely stored and scanned as per current process (dropbox etc). Will work with the Styling Manager to ensure that all projects meet budget restraints.
• Stay up-to-date on trends: Work with the styling team to research trends, competitive brands, and inspirational styling.
• Maintain level of accuracy and quality while managing multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Assist associate and lead stylist in any pre-work meetings
• Maintain styling/kit checklist for shoots
• Order and maintain inventory of all styling products and supplies
• Professionalism in working with cross-functional partners and execs

What You Can Bring:

• Previous experience in assistant stylist/fashion assistant role (or equivalent)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• General understanding of on set protocol / workflow
• Experience managing receipts / returns

The annual base salary range for this position is from $22.85-$29.15 hourly. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
