Job Description:

作为区域销售经理,您将扮演关键角色,负责推动区域内销售业绩的提升,管理销售团队,构建并维护高效的销售渠道,同时紧密协调各支持部门,以确保市场策略的有效实施和业务目标的达成。

跨部门协作:与市场、产品、客服等部门紧密合作,确保销售活动与公司整体战略保持一致,提升客户满意度。

业绩分析与报告:定期分析销售数据,评估销售效果,向管理层汇报销售进展及市场反馈。

【任职要求】

教育背景:本科及以上学历,市场营销、商务管理或相关专业优先。

工作经验:至少5-10年以上销售管理或相关领域工作经验,有成功案例者优先。

技能要求:

出色的沟通与谈判能力,能够建立并维护良好的客户关系。

强大的市场分析能力和商业敏感度,能准确捕捉市场机遇。

优秀的团队领导力和人员管理能力,能够激发团队潜能。

熟练使用CRM系统及办公软件,进行数据分析和报告编制。

个人品质:积极主动,责任心强,能够承受工作压力,具备良好的团队合作精神。
