【任职要求】

教育背景：本科及以上学历，市场营销、商务管理或相关专业优先。

工作经验：至少5-10年以上销售管理或相关领域工作经验，有成功案例者优先。

技能要求：

出色的沟通与谈判能力，能够建立并维护良好的客户关系。

强大的市场分析能力和商业敏感度，能准确捕捉市场机遇。

优秀的团队领导力和人员管理能力，能够激发团队潜能。

熟练使用CRM系统及办公软件，进行数据分析和报告编制。

个人品质：积极主动，责任心强，能够承受工作压力，具备良好的团队合作精神。
