About the Organization:
SMBIC Data and Regulatory Operations Group is a global team operating in over 20 countries, providing essential support to key business lines including Markets, Services, and Wealth Management. We provide an array of services to enable client lifecycle transactions; from relationship establishment, supporting the data demands surrounding instruments and delivering non-financial reporting to our regulators.
The Strategic Change Team, within SMBIC Data and Regulatory Operations, is responsible for the execution of regulatory change initiatives, including new regulation implementations, issue remediation, and platform transformation.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced change management professional to lead our global program management office (PMO). The PMO lead is responsible for providing function-wide oversight, coordination, and executive assurance across our global change portfolio. This role owns the single global view of non-financial regulatory reporting initiatives and serves as the primary escalation point for material regulatory, delivery, and operational risks.
