Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or managing the entire product lifecycle. The role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and projects. Collaboration with different stakeholders and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that software solutions are aligned with business objectives and technical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Veeva Vault applications to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices in software engineering.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Veeva Vault environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration processes related to Veeva Vault.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
