An excellent opportunity now exists for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Financial Shared Services team on 12 month max term contract on a full-time basis.  

This position is an integral part of our team – you will be responsible for supporting and administering operational Accounts Receivable services, ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions within the business.  

What will you be doing?        

  • Manage debtor’s ledger and reduce outstanding debt.
  • Create new customers and raise Invoices for products and services.  
  • Daily receipting.
  • Responding to customer queries.
  • Set up and manage ongoing billing.
  • Manage AR email inbox
  • Customer account reconciliation.
  • Professional and systematic debt collection.   
  • Other administrative and adhoc duties assigned as required.
  • Completing monthly Accounts Receivable control account reconciliation per deadline.
  • Support internal and external audit process.
  • Collaborating with relevant team members to handle complex collections cases.
  • Building and nurturing strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Offering high-quality advice, providing information, and delivering exceptional service to our valued members.
  • Support and perform month end activities.


What are we looking for in you?

  • Solid Accounts receivable experience within a medium to large sized services business, along with strong administrational, analytical and numerical skills and debt collecting experience.
  • Experience with complex AR issues including processing for multiple entities.
  • Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
  • Dynamics FinOps experience will be advantageous.
  • Professional phone manner
  • Ability to identify and implement business process improvements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
  • Attention to detail & excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus.
