OVERVIEW:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Forecasting & responding to trailer volume and manpower needs in order to minimize product flow times and ensure paperwork completion accuracy                  

• Implementing methods and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in floor trouble resolution operations

• Training, developing & supervising non-exempt associates. Promoting and maintaining high associate morale and safety. Coaching and counseling associate performance and attendance issues                                           

• Maintain established accuracy standards. Meet floor trouble resolution standards.                                                    

• Maintaining the security of all merchandise and capital equipment in assigned departments. Ensure firearms SOP compliance at all times throughout OSO inbound processes and trouble resolution.                                

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Distribution Center management; Distribution systems and retail experience preferred

• PMMS

• WMiS

• GXS

• TMS

• SCI

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team                             

• Strong planning and decision-making skills
