Position Highlights:

  • Position: Staff Physical Therapist I (Outpatient Rehab)-
  • Location:  2151 Waukegan Road, Bannockburn
  • Full Time:  Full Time (40 hours per week)
  • Hours:  Rotating hours, Monday-Friday (7:00AM-3:30PM or 10:30AM-7:00PM)
  • Required Travel: NA

    

What you will need:

  • License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL Education: Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of The Medical Association or the American Physical Therapy Association or its educational equivalent, or The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Certification: CPR certification required
  • Experience: N/A
  • Skills:  N/A

What you will do:

  • Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients
  • Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing
  • Participates in the clinical supervision of students
