Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable applications, contributing to the overall success of projects and the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide L1.5 and L2 support for 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, and DraftSight applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application, access, and integration issues escalated from L1 support.
Manage Incidents and Service Requests in ServiceNow (SNOW) while ensuring SLA compliance and proper documentation.
Support and troubleshoot integrations between CAD tools and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, including roles, groups, and permissions.
Coordinate with L3, infrastructure teams, and vendors for critical issues, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
Document resolutions, known issues, and workarounds to improve knowledge base and reduce repeat incidents.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
1.Must know 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, DraftSight applications and MQL.
2.Familiar with ITIL process.
3. Team player and work closely with other peers.


Additional Information:
- The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in native application including Catia,Solidworks, Draftsight with 3dexperience integration.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
