As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on addressing unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software development, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies to facilitate seamless communication between diverse systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development and deployment practices to optimize software scalability and reliability.
- Ability to work with APIs, data transformation, and process orchestration within integration platforms.
- Understanding of security best practices in software integration to protect data and ensure compliance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
