WHY WE NEED YOU?
Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Website Squad to manage and evolve our digital ecosystem during a key period for our teams.We are looking for a Product Manager (CDD or freelance) to take over the roadmap and delivery of our web platforms until September. Your mission will be to pilot the development of our websites in order to ensure technical excellence, support user acquisition, and maintain seamless collaboration between Marketing and Product teams.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM
We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together. You will be part of a squad of 9 people, including 1 Engineering Manager, 5 Developers, and 2 Designers. You will operate at the intersection of Marketing and the entire Product department to deliver seamless web experiences.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Roadmap Management: Overseeing the evolution of all Scaleway websites, including the main site, documentation, and AI-Pulse.
Feature Delivery: Managing the end-to-end delivery of new requests, from technical specifications to production.
Quality Assurance: Monitoring bug regressions and issues to ensure a stable and high-performing user experience.
Design Oversight: Checking design pages and ensuring technical feasibility with the design team.
Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as the main point of contact for PMs from other product tribes to integrate new features and the product catalog.
Acquisition Strategy: Optimizing the website to drive new user sign-ups and improve conversion funnels.
Site Management: Handling specific web elements, legal pages, and contribution blocks.
CMS Governance: Managing content and site structure using Strapi.
ABOUT YOU
HARDSKILLS:
Proven experience as a Product Manager, Web PM, or Digital Project Manager.
Strong background in managing digital web projects and website roadmaps.
Understanding of APIs, web architectures, and performance (latency).
Experience leading Agile squads (Developers and Designers).
Ability to translate business acquisition goals into technical product requirements.
SOFT SKILLS:
User empathy: A deep focus on the end-user experience.
Analytical mindset: Ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Proactive communication: Able to bridge the gap between marketing and engineering.
Comfortable stepping into an existing squad and picking up ongoing projects quickly.
