Your Roadmap to Success:

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure internal and external customer needs are met while providing a memorable customer experience.

• Accurately identify and order parts for vehicle repairs, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure timely and accurate parts deliveries.

• Utilize various channels, including phone, online platforms, and other computer program(s) to place orders efficiently.

• Inspect received parts for quality and accuracy, guaranteeing they meet our standards.

• Ensure timely distribution of parts in alignment with the identified standards.

• Monitor and manage inventory, create purchase orders, and handle invoices with precision.

• Keep our parts department and shop organized, clean, and well-stocked.

• Support shipping and receiving as needed.

Qualifications that Hit the Gas:

• Some experience in a retail or wholesale parts department is valuable, but not required - we’re ready to provide you with the tools to be successful, you just need to bring your passion and learning cap!

• Excellent communication skills with an ability to quickly build rapport with diverse internal and external customers.

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

• Self-motivated problem solver.

• Enjoy a fast-paced, team environment.

• Proficient in using technology.

• Ability to lift and move parts up to 50lbs when required.

• Hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
