Your Roadmap to Success:
Provide excellent customer service to ensure internal and external customer needs are met while providing a memorable customer experience.
Accurately identify and order parts for vehicle repairs, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure timely and accurate parts deliveries.
Utilize various channels, including phone, online platforms, and other computer program(s) to place orders efficiently.
Inspect received parts for quality and accuracy, guaranteeing they meet our standards.
Ensure timely distribution of parts in alignment with the identified standards.
Monitor and manage inventory, create purchase orders, and handle invoices with precision.
Keep our parts department and shop organized, clean, and well-stocked.
Support shipping and receiving as needed.
Qualifications that Hit the Gas:
Some experience in a retail or wholesale parts department is valuable, but not required - we’re ready to provide you with the tools to be successful, you just need to bring your passion and learning cap!
Excellent communication skills with an ability to quickly build rapport with diverse internal and external customers.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Self-motivated problem solver.
Enjoy a fast-paced, team environment.
Proficient in using technology.
Ability to lift and move parts up to 50lbs when required.
Hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
