What you’ll achieve
In this role, you will support the execution of paid social strategies by analyzing social media data, assisting in campaign setup, and monitoring performance to deliver actionable insights that drive optimization. You’ll help adjust targeting, bidding, and creative elements based on results, contribute to A/B testing initiatives, and create detailed performance reports that inform senior team members. Working closely with Campaign Associates, Managers, and creative teams, you’ll collaborate on ad development and gain hands‑on experience across digital media and social marketing activities. You will also participate in training sessions to build your skills while ensuring all campaigns comply with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards and follow best practices in setup, targeting, and optimization.
You will:
Analyze social media data to support campaign setup.
Create and maintain reports on social media campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign data to provide insights for optimization.
Assist in the overall execution of paid social strategies

Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 Experience or internship in social media or digital advertising is preferred.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and advertising tools.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the digital media field.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
