Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead our Gong's AI-powered platform to new heights as part of our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems team. We're looking for a tech-savvy innovator who's passionate about harnessing the power of conversational AI to transform how businesses understand and optimize their customer interactions.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Senior Product Manager, you will:

  • Develop & Implement Roadmaps: Build out a comprehensive roadmap targeting expansion, enhancements, integration, and adoption of new capabilities/features, including defining and implementing a definition of success.
  • Conduct Market & Industry Research: Lead research into market trends, competitive analysis, user behavior data, and other relevant information to inform product roadmap decisions. And stay abreast of industry trends related to technology advancements and emerging technologies that could impact product offering and functionality over time.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering teams to define scope and timelines for upcoming releases/enhancements based on business priorities and constraints. And collaborate with key stakeholders such as sales and business development teams to align goals around product commercialization efforts.
  • Ensure Product Quality: Ensure product quality by participating in testing activities throughout the development cycle, including providing feedback during usability studies or user interviews. And oversee implementation of product enhancements post-release and monitor performance metrics to ensure outcomes are achieved according to plan.
  • Manage External Relationships: Manage relationships with external partners including vendors and consultants involved in the product delivery process.
  • Support Leadership Decisions: Support leadership decision-making processes through regular reporting on progress towards stated goals and milestones.

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Senior Product Manager if you have the following required qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely at all levels.
  • Practical application of agile methodology and software development lifecycle (SDLC) tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proven track record of success driving large scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across different geographies.

Additional preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), or relevant experience.
  • Experience with legal services domain.
  • Experience with day-to-day people management (e.g., performance management, coaching and development, employee engagement, etc.).
