Its mission is to support the sustainable and responsible growth of the Wealth Lending business by enhancing our governance framework, strengthening policy and control alignment, and promoting disciplined, Wealth Lending-wide execution.
Job Summary
The Wealth Lending Governance Senior Officer (C14/SVP) is a leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the governance, policy, and control strategy that underpins Citi’s global Wealth Lending business. The role drives enterprise-aligned governance standards, ensures end-to-end policy integration, and partners with senior stakeholders across functions and lines of defense to enable responsible, sustainable business growth.
